Christmas Chocolates

Need a yummy treat to munch on while you burn the midnight oil sewing those last few gifts? Here is a great recipe for Peanut Butter Balls that my family loves and they are also always a hit at Christmas parties. Make a batch and take some along to your next gathering (and keep a few for the sewing room;)

Peanut Butter Balls – Kim Thompson Joyful Stitches

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter

½ cup butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla

1 box powdered sugar

1 pkg chocolate almond bark

Combine peanut butter and butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until combined. Roll into one inch balls and refrigerate.

Melt almond bark following package directions. Dip each ball and place on parchment paper.
